the Mindfulness Meditation Community
The intention of this community is as a safe place for members to pause from other responsibilities and to share and support each other through learning and experiencing mindfulness meditation and increased self-awareness in daily life. The program will run for 5 weeks, where each week we will focus to experience one pillar of mindfulness, based on The Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire.

I learned to be more focused on the present moment by controlling my breath. I learn not to let my thoughts/emotions control my reaction. Before this, I get super anxious on Sunday night because the next day is Monday and I tend to have Monday blues. After the sessions, I learn to just accept things as they are and prepare myself to be more receptive towards what life has to offer.
